Job Description # QT/Receiving Inspection
* Write tags for nonconformances.
* Verify product conformance to design requirements.
* Provide objective evidence of inspection results.
* Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring.
* Identify and document discrepancies.
* Segregate and control non-conforming items.
* Conduct product reviews with the customer during product or process verification.
* Identify repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiate requests for corrective action.
* Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and various gauges.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications.
* Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* 2-4 years of experience in quality inspection, particularly in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
* Experience with First Article Inspections (FAI).
* Familiarity with quality standards and specifications, such as AS9100.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
* Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) like SAP or Oracle.
* Experience using quality management software.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of defects.
