Responsibilities
Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements. Provides objective evidence of results. Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies. Segregates and controls non-conforming items. Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance. Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification. Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
Requirements- Regular and predictable attendance required.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, etc.) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications for comparison against design requirements.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation, report generation, and communication.
- Strong attention to detail for meticulous examination of materials and documentation.
