Construction Manager/ Foreman, Building Maintenance
Overview
As a Site Coordinator, you will direct the installation, modification, and/or repair of related work on our project sites in a supervisory capacity.
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and supervise work and subcontractors on field project sites.
- Work independently while reporting to project field leadership.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with contract documents and building codes.
- Plan work based on oral and written instructions; assign and supervise personnel engaged in installation and repairs.
- Supervise, inspect, and keep records of the completion of the punch list.
- Recruit and train skilled trades helper personnel.
- Establish safety and work performance standards.
- Manage material and delivery handling plans with team and subcontractors.
- Order and update jobsite supplies as needed.
- Coordinate site cleanup.
- Complete miscellaneous duties or special projects as assigned.
- Graduation from a standard high school, GED, or vocational school with experience as a journeyman; or equivalent training and experience.
- Team player who works well with others.
- Construction or related experience preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of practices, methods, materials, tools, and equipment of the construction trade.
- Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions of the work.
- Ability to supervise skilled and semi‑skilled craft workers.
- Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and drawings.
- Maintains good working relationships with personnel of other departments.
- Communicates clearly and concisely in writing and orally.
- Skilled in the use and care of standard tools and equipment for the industry.
- Comprehends and can communicate in English; additional language(s) encouraged.

This is an active, hands‑on role requiring frequent walking, navigating uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and hoists. The work is physically demanding and requires a full range of motion, including bending, kneeling, and reaching. You will need to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds. The role includes desk time in the office for computer work, document review, and meetings.
WorkEnvironment
You will spend most of your time on active construction sites, which means being adaptable to all kinds of weather and moderate to loud noise levels, and comfortable in elevated or confined work areas with moving mechanical equipment. You will also spend time in a typical office setting with moderate noise levels.

The position is high‑performance; you are expected to be energized by challenge, thrive under pressure, and commit to extended hours, especially during critical project phases or client deadlines. You may need to respond to phone calls, emails, and text messages outside regular hours.
