What You Will Expect

• Development of innovative features for cloud-native software solutions in the tax tech environment
• Designing digital processes along the entire firm organization, e.g., mandate and order management, client and employee administration, billing according to StBVV
• Control and reporting processes
• Translation of complex professional requirements into clear, maintainable software architectures
• Use of modern AI-supported tools (e.g., agentic workflows) for development, testing, and continuous optimization
• Active contribution to the code quality, maintainability, and future-proofing of our platform
• Close cooperation with product, business experts, and domain experts—learning is part of your job

What You Bring

• Experience in software development—whether from profession, study, projects, or open source
• Desire to understand professional processes and translate them into smart software
• Curiosity for complex, regulated domains and the willingness to delve deeply
• Structured, analytical thinking and the enjoyment of solving complex problems
• Enthusiasm for modern technologies—especially AI-supported development
• Strong communication skills in exchange with technical and professional stakeholders
• Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (at least B1)
