Responsible for a variety of functions within the distribution center, such as receiving, stocking, loading and unloading merchandise, picking and operating heavy‑duty equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. Do not report employees who perform one of these duties as their primary function.

• Responsible for all inbound freight, offload containers, and stage pallets to be located to inventory. Will be responsible for locating freight to correct the inventory location.

• Receive all inbound freight per the department guidelines.
• Review and sign off on all inbound documentation, file or distribute as required.
• Maintain a safe, orderly receiving area.
• Responsible to locate fregiht ti inventory, using RF scanner
• Follow all departmental safety policies and procedures.
• May assist with cycle counts.
• Review processes for improvement, assist with implementation, and maintain as directed by the manager.
• Perform and direct all tasks, following approved work instructions and established departmental and/or customer procedures involved with receiving, stocking, and inventory, under minimal supervision.
• Transport materials, parts, supplies, and equipment as well as packing and shipping products throughout the facility.
• Ensure shipping supplies, boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc., are in stock, inform the manager to reorder levels.
• Follow department processes for Receiving and Inventory.
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship and open lines of communication with all departments to ensure Department, Company, and Customer goals are achieved.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Experience with various models of powered industrial equipment i.e. forklift, stand‑up reach, and order picker.

• Physical ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally with a two‑person lift.

• 3 – 5 years of warehouse experience

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will spend a large majority of time walking, standing, and using hands to push/pull. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is required to lift and/or move up to 20 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally with a two‑person lift. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee may be exposed to hot or cold temperatures, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock. The employee may be exposed to high, precarious places, fumes, or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
