• Pull customer orders for production line.
• Put away inbound freight from suppliers.
• Assist with inventory and supplies.
• Communicate regularly with appropriate management.
• Perform tasks required to select/pick orders for the production area.
• Locate and pick product using work orders. Retrieve orders by quantity, part number, size, etc., and verify order for accuracy.
• Build pallet with order, transport to the production staging area.
• Transport materials, parts, supplies and equipment as well as packing and shipping product throughout the department via order picker, forklift or pallet jack.
• Unload/put away inbound shipments received from suppliers into warehouse locations and record movement to maintain accurate inventory.
• Ensure supplies, boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc., are in stock and inform the manager to reorder levels.
• Provide training/cross-training in equipment and process operations as needed.
• May act as the “go to” person for procedures, equipment, or information.
• Review processes for improvement, assist with implementation and maintain as directed by the department manager.
• Consolidate inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of inventory locations; discard broken, unstable pallets; monitor area for waste/trash.
• Oversee compliance of practices and maintain an orderly and safe warehouse and shipping area.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments to ensure goals are achieved.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• 2-5 years of warehouse experience

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will spend a large majority of the time walking, standing and using hands to push/pull. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is required to lift and/or move up to 20 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally with a two-person lift. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee may be exposed to hot or cold temperatures, outside weather conditions and the risk of electrical shock. The employee may be exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

This role is full-time in the office/warehouse.
