Loadout Operator B-Shift; Night Plant B, RVI-Hanceville, AL

Overview

Job Details: Starting Pay $19.85/hr plus a $2.00 shift premium.
Loadout Operator - This position is responsible for loading all finished outgoing product, inspecting trailers and tankers, collecting samples, testing samples and completing and keeping documents while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. When not engaged in loading tankers or trucks, applicant will be required to work in production area as assigned by supervisor.

The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud

Shifts are 4 days/nights on and 3 days/nights off

B Shift Sunday to Wednesday 6 pm to 6 am

• Loadout operator duties include loading all finished outgoing product, inspecting trailers and tankers, collecting and testing samples, and completing and maintaining necessary documentation while upholding safety and Tyson policies.
• When not engaged in loading tankers or trucks, work in the production area as assigned by supervisor.

• Required 6 consecutive months of work within the last 1 year.
• Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
• Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods.
• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
