Production Utility & Packaging Operator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable Production Utility & Packaging Operator for a manufacturing facility in Cullman, AL. This role supports multiple areas of the production process for OSB board manufacturing, ensuring products are properly packaged, labeled, and meet quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Pay Rate$17-$21 per hour
Schedule and HoursSecond shift: 6:00pm-6:00am
Rotating schedule of4 days on 4 days off
Duties and Responsibilities- Package finished products according to quality and production standards
- Apply and verify unit tags, straps, and markings for accuracy
- Clean and maintain production areas, including paint booth, strapper area, conveyors, and pump room
- Assist with product regrading and general production support tasks
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in hot, industrial environments
- Ability to pass physical, respiratory, and hearing tests

- 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours
- We are also offering a $50.00 referral bonus. Both employee and referral must stay on assignment for 30 days to receive the payout.
