Minimum 1 year of experience with employee benefits and/or an administrative role
Active Life & Health License
MS Office, Outlook, Health Connect, and AMS 360
Planning, organizing skills, and taking accountability for all tasks provided
Assist the Account Manager with preparing the necessary documents
Responsible for benefits administration, such as creating new hire packets and open enrollment for all clients
Assist with administrative duties, i.e., opening and distributing mail, maintaining accurate/detailed documentation, and recordkeeping
Work with the team to improve workflow, documentation, and communication
