Position Overview:

As a Ford Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of Ford vehicles. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and software.
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford vehicle systems and technologies.
  • Collaborate with team members and service advisors to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns professionally.
  • Uphold safety and quality standards in all work performed.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Qualifications:
  • Certification from an accredited automotive technical program or equivalent work experience.
  • ASE certification is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience with Ford vehicle repair and maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
