Preschool Teacher
Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, provide instruction using principles and appropriate learning strategies to support children's developmental growth in social-emotional development, cognitive development, language development, physical development, nutrition education, and engaging parents in their child's learning. The Preschool Teacher will design and implement an effective Early Childhood Education program in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Requirements / Qualifications
An Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field is required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Possess or be eligible to obtain a valid California Commission on Teacher Credentialing permit as a Child Development Teacher. Possess a valid CPR/ First Aide Certificate. Certificate of Achievement in Child Development-Special Education is desired. May be required to possess a valid Driver License and maintain insurability.
Must be able to travel to various sites/locations for business purposes within a reasonable time frame.
