We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment maintenance and reliability within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This hands‑on role focuses heavily on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment performance, and minimizing downtime while supporting production goals and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

• Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000

• Lead daily equipment maintenance operations including preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Supervise and support maintenance technicians working on production machinery and manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support overall manufacturing efficiency
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for production lines and facility equipment
• Coordinate repairs, shutdowns, and maintenance planning with production leadership
• Manage spare parts inventory, work orders, and maintenance documentation through CMMS or ERP systems
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience with conveyors, packaging equipment, motors, drives, pumps, or processing equipment
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems preferred
