Location: Hanford, CA
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Starting at 5:30 AM
• 2nd Shift: Starting at 2:00 PM

• Package finished product into bags, film, or containers
• Stack product onto pallets safely and efficiently
• Assist with setup and operation of bottle unscrambler machine
• Ensure machines are operating efficiently and meeting production needs
• Inspect products for proper sealing, fill levels, quality, date codes, lot numbers, labels, and expiration dates
• Perform checks on dryer and support production processes
• Ensure cotija grinder and molding equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized before use
• Assemble and disassemble molding machines as needed
• Check product weight and maintain quality standards
• Operate spray dryer and other production equipment effectively
• Start up and shut down equipment based on production requirements
• Perform cheese molding and de-molding processes

• Minimum of 8+ months of recent, relevant experience required
• Ability to lift between 5 and 50 pounds consistently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
