Production Supervisor 2nd Shift

A growing food production operation in Hanford, CA is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor 2nd Shift for a direct hire opportunity. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced, high‑volume manufacturing environment where strong production execution, team development, quality, safety, and continuous improvement are key to success.

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily 2nd shift production schedules, workflows, labor assignments, and line performance.
• Monitor production output, quality standards, equipment readiness, material availability, and overall operational efficiency.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop production employees and team leads while supporting hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Track KPIs, production metrics, downtime, efficiency, waste, and documentation through Net Suite, Redzone, and related reporting tools.
• Partner with quality, maintenance, planning, and operations teams to resolve issues impacting safety, quality, throughput, and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, regulatory requirements, workplace safety standards, SOPs, and clean production practices.

• Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
