Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Medical Surgical RN for day shift assignments. This role requires recent clinical experience and active licensure to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients adhering to all clinical protocols.
- Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and respond to patient emergencies promptly.
- Document patient progress accurately in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Hold an active RN license in the state.
- Demonstrate recent experience in medical-surgical nursing.
- Possess current BLS certification from AHA.
- Able to work 36 hours per week on day shifts with a reliable start date.
- Ability to submit required documentation including preferred start date, RTO, DOB, and SSN.
