• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Assess patient status and participate in developing, implementing, and revising individualized care plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Administer medications and therapies, monitor responses, and manage ICU equipment and lines within scope and unit protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other disciplines; communicate with patients’ families and document care thoroughly
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; provide guidance and supervision to support staff and ensure quality of care
• Participate in rounds and care conferences; uphold patient safety, infection control, and quality initiatives in a fast‑paced ICU environment

• Active California RN license
• ICU nursing experience required; minimum 1 year preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Ability to work day shift (12-hour shifts) in a hospital setting
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills; ability to function independently when appropriate
• Eligible for travel assignment and able to commit to a 13‑week assignment
