Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Hanford, CA area for the following position: RN - Critical Care. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:
Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift
Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

Qualifications- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
- Ability to function effectively under stress
- Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Rapidly assess a patient's conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
- Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life‑threatening conditions
- Manage various life‑support systems like ventilation and heart‑monitoring
- Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
- Administer medications and other treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 /year
