• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients using the nursing process and established standards of care.
• Assess patient condition, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses according to policy and clinical guidelines.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with the broader care team.
• Collaborate with physicians and other disciplines to communicate patient status and plan of care; advocate for patient safety.
• Document accurately, maintain infection control practices, and ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations.

• Active California RN license
• ER nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced ER environment
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
• Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and compliance requirements for a travel assignment
