This travel assignment places an ICU-focused RN in a hospital setting for a 13-week contract. Begin late June 2026 and work a 3x12-hour daytime schedule, delivering coordinated care to an assigned group of ICU patients while collaborating with an interprofessional team.

- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient condition, monitor hemodynamics and clinical status, administer medications as ordered, and titrate interventions as needed.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for an assigned group of patients.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, clinical judgment, and independent decision-making to respond to changes in patient condition.
- Document care accurately and maintain adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Active RN license in California.
- ICU/critical care experience preferred.
- Ability to perform 12-hour day shifts and work in a high-acuity ICU setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and independent problem‑solving ability.
- Effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
