• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines while using critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making.
• Administer medications, assess patient status, document care, monitor for changes, and respond to clinical changes as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, case management, and ancillary staff to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post‑discharge care, and safety considerations.

• Active RN license in California or eligibility for licensure
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in short stay or acute care settings
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work in a hospital environment with 10‑hour day shifts
• Ability to pass required health screenings and background checks as part of the assignment process
