Registered Nurse – Nursing

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Two years recent experience in the nursing field preferred
• Experience with EPIC and Cerner systems required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues, developing appropriate care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress toward outcomes, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Provide educational opportunities to patients and families, ensuring continuity of care during discharge planning.
• Delegate duties appropriately among team members to facilitate effective patient care.
