Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients based on established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in patient care management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient care records.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and contributes to a positive team environment.
