Overview Registered Nurse – OB/GYN | Travel | Hanford, CA | Start 08/24/2026 | 13 weeks | $2,213-$2,327 per week | 36 guaranteed hours | Night shift (7:00 PM-7:30 AM), 3x12-hour shifts | Short-term acute care hospital setting

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for OB/GYN patients in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
• Collect and analyze relevant data, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate progress toward outcomes
• Collaborate with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team; supervise and coordinate duties of nursing staff at various levels
• Provide discharge planning support and patient/family education; maintain a safe, healing environment
• Provide recovery coverage in Labor and Delivery and be prepared to assist with cesarean deliveries as needed
• Document care accurately, communicate effectively with the treatment team, and support continuous quality improvement

• Licensure:
  Current RN license in the state of practice (California)
• Certifications:
  
  BLS required; ACLS and NRP required; AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS; AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS
• Education:
  
  BSN preferred
• Experience:
  
  At least two years of recent RN experience in an acute care setting
• Skills:
  
  Ability to work in a Labor and Delivery recovery environment and respond to cesarean delivery needs; strong critical thinking and teamwork
• Logistics:
  Able to fulfill a night-shift travel assignment in a short-term acute care setting
