We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/Tele RN) to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced acute care hospital in Hanford, CA.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing clinical monitoring.
• Start and maintain peripheral IV access.
• Manage cardiac drips (as applicable) and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, respiratory therapists, pharmacy, and ancillary departments.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Cerner EMR.
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection prevention standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Float to other Med/Surg or Telemetry units as needed within scope of practice.

• Active California RN License
• Current BLS Certification (AHA)
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg-Telemetry RN experience
• Recent Acute Care Hospital experience
• Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Excellent IV therapy and medication administration skills

The ideal candidate must MS/Tele RN with excellent clinical, acute care & Hospital exp. with Epic and Cerner.
