Provide personal nursing care to the patient under the direction of a licensed registered nurse (RN).;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and other self-care needs.;
Take vital signs including pulse and blood pressure and report patient status to the RN.;
Assist with nutrition and hydration, positioning devices, and restorative care.;
Perform clerical duties and help keep the unit running smoothly with organizational skills.
