Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification required
At least two years recent experience in the field
Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care delivery.
Collect and analyze relevant data pertaining to patient health.
Develop and implement care plans, evaluating progress towards outcomes.
Provide educational opportunities for patients and families.
