Registered Nurse – OB​/GYN

Obstetrics and Gynecology Nurse

Provides comprehensive nursing care to obstetric and gynecological patients in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Supervises nursing staff and coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status by collecting relevant clinical data and analyzing findings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and patients to coordinate care and ensure safety.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to nursing staff and supervise their performance.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state.
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Have experience in acute care or obstetrics/gynecology settings preferred.
• Maintain current certifications such as BLS and ACLS from approved vendors.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
