Registered Nurse - Emergency Night Shift

Role Overview:
Provides coordinated nursing care for patients, supervising and directing nursing staff while collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective treatment.

• Assess patient health data, analyze findings, and develop care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Implement care, coordinate services, promote health, and evaluate patient progress.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver compassionate, safe care and provide education.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate duties within the healthcare team.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practice state (required).
• CPR/BLS certification (required), with additional certifications including ACLS, PALS, and BLS from approved vendors.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and experience in acute care settings.
