Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform assigned monitoring and verification activities.
Observe facility operations and verify compliance with USDA and facility requirements.
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation.
Enter required information into electronic systems, databases, portals, computers, and iPads.
Identify and document non-conformances and compliance concerns.
Communicate findings professionally to the AIM Lead and plant management when necessary.
Maintain current knowledge of AIM program requirements.
Required Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain USDA AIM certification.
Successfully pass the USDA AIM certification examination with a score of 90% or higher.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to read and write English sufficiently to document daily observations, findings, and non-conformances.
Proficiency using computers, iPads, and electronic reporting systems.
Commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications Beef processing industry experience.
Knowledge of USDA inspection and regulatory programs.
Experience with food safety, quality assurance, auditing, or compliance programs.
Physical and Work Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to work in refrigerated production environments.
Ability to work overtime and additional days as needed.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
