Role and Pay
- Assistant Manager – starting at $18.00 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
- Store Manager – starting at $23.00 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Spirit Halloween
ResponsibilitiesThe Store Management oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. The Store Management is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
Qualifications- Minimum age 21 and flexible schedule.
- Prior retail management experience required.
- Ability to stand or walk 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
This position is offered through a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. Spirit Halloween is not the employer; the independent owner and operator will be your employer and responsible for employment benefits and wages.
