- Pay: $16.90 per hour.
- Company‑issued vehicles are available for use during shifts.
- Tips:
Earn extra money from tips.
- Loading, packaging, transporting, and delivering items to clients accurately, safely, and on time.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure completion, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
- Accepting payments for delivered items.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Adhering to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Communicating effectively with On‑Site and Support teams.
- Using handheld devices for map routing, order fulfillment, and customer outreach.
- Maintaining full compliance with all cannabis compliance laws and regulations.
- Maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.
- Safeguarding all company operating equipment.
- Performing other duties as needed in support of business objectives.
- Engaging in cross‑training opportunities that align with organizational needs.

Qualifications- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet, and move that weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
- Good communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic.
- 1–2 years of previous delivery driving experience preferred.
- Previous cannabis experience preferred.
- Strong time‑management and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to get in and out of a vehicle and walk up and down stairs during the shift.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and/or experience required.
- Open availability required.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- All phones and electronics must be used hands‑free in accordance with state laws.
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and move that weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

This position is a full‑time role at $16.90/hour plus tips.
