Job Duties- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and creating a welcoming office environment.
- Maintain a polished, organized, client-ready workspace.
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately.
- Respond to client account activity and statement inquiries.
- Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling and preparation of review materials.
- Provide proactive advisor support through clear communication and prompt follow-up.
- Support compliance requirements by maintaining accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Monitor workflow processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and account maintenance paperwork.
- Be self-motivated and accountable to develop in the role.
- Handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide support to the Trust Department as needed.
- Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a commitment to professional growth in the role.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in wealth management, brokerage, banking, or investment services preferred.
- Working knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, annuities, managed accounts, and retirement accounts preferred.
