Ford Quick Lane Technician

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Quick Lane Technician to perform routine maintenance, tire services, wheel alignments, and light repairs on Ford and other makes of vehicles. The ideal candidate has automotive service experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing safe, efficient, and high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery services, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
  • Perform tire mounting, balancing, repairs, rotations, and wheel alignments.
  • Inspect and diagnose basic vehicle concerns related to tires, steering, suspension, and alignment.
  • Complete vehicle inspections and identify additional service and repair needs.
  • Perform light mechanical repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Operate alignment equipment and ensure vehicles meet proper manufacturer alignment specifications.
  • Follow dealership safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Communicate vehicle findings and repair recommendations with service advisors and team members.
  • Properly use automotive tools, equipment, and diagnostic resources.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and with a focus on customer safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Previous automotive technician experience preferred.
  • Experience with tire services and wheel alignments preferred.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle systems, preventive maintenance, steering, and suspension components.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Must have reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
  • ASE certifications or Ford training experience are a plus but not required.
