Role Overview:
As an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you will join a friendly, collaborative team dedicated to customer service and vehicle maintenance. You will perform preventative services such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, light and wiper replacements, and comprehensive 18-point inspections. No prior automotive experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities:Keep vehicles safe on the road by delivering top-tier service, following safety procedures, and supporting team goals. You will work in a non-climate-controlled environment, requiring physical activity such as standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, crouching, and working with hands above the head.
Qualifications & Skills:Positive attitude, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills in English. Flexibility to work weekends and the ability to follow written and digital instructions are essential.
