Run efficient shifts and coach Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service.;
Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure all Team Members complete Shift Excellence tasks and maintain neat appearance and uniform.;
Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.;
Provide regular feedback and training to Team Members and assist RGM with conflict resolution.
