We re looking for a detail-oriented, service-driven Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative to support our Employee Benefits team. In this role, you ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service, supporting client accounts, and helping employers navigate their employee benefits programs with confidence.

• Support employers and internal teams with employee benefit administration and service needs.
• Process enrollments, eligibility changes, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organized client records and documentation within agency systems.
• Assist with new business submissions, renewals, and implementation processes.
• Prepare and organize data for quotes, proposals, and benefit plan reviews.
• Partner with Account Managers to ensure clients receive timely, accurate service.
• Develop a strong understanding of employee benefits products, processes, and client needs.

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
• Willingness to pass/maintain Life & Health insurance license
• Strong sense of punctuality & attendance
