Position DetailsPosition: Registered Dental Hygienist Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

- Deliver outstanding patient care with a warm, compassionate chairside manner
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, dental health, and treatment options to support long-term care
- Review and update patient health histories, medications, and conditions; accurately document all findings in patient records
- Perform comprehensive hygiene procedures, including diagnostic X-rays, prophylaxis (adult and child), non-surgical periodontal therapy, adjunctive treatments, and co-diagnosis with the doctor
- Complete periodontal charting per clinical guidelines
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Administer local anesthetic as needed
- Perform polishing, fluoride treatments, and oral cancer screenings
- Utilize intraoral cameras to enhance patient education and treatment planning
- Clean, sterilize, and prepare operatories and equipment following proper protocols
- Collaborate effectively with the entire dental team and assist with front office responsibilities when needed
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Licensure: Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Illinois
- Certifications: Current CPR certification required
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

- Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity
- Proficient with dental software and technology
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
