Key Responsibilities As a Dental Hygienist at Clarity Healthcare, you will:
** Promote Preventive Care Excellence
*** Perform professional dental cleanings, including oral prophylaxis
* Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, nutrition, and preventive dental care
** Be a Patient Advocate
*** Apply topical fluorides and sealants
* Screen for cavities, periodontal disease, oral cancer, and relevant medical history concerns
** Deliver High-Quality Clinical Care
*** Take and process dental radiographs
* Perform supra- and subgingival scaling, root planing, and care for acute periodontal conditions
** Support Advanced Dental Services
*** Assist with periodontal surgical procedures
* Administer local anesthetics (if qualified and licensed)
** Ensure Accurate Documentation
*** Record thorough, timely, and accurate patient medical and dental histories
** Contribute to Team Growth
*** Support and mentor dental assistants as needed
