This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling.
What You'll DoAs our Clinical Educator, you will help shape the success of our clinical team by leading education, training, and quality initiatives:
- Lead and support new team member orientation
- Oversee staff education and ongoing training programs
- Coordinate and maintain the annual education calendar
- Serve as CPR Instructor and manage staff certifications
- Lead QAPI initiatives (quarterly)
- Facilitate restorative nursing programs and meetings
- Support tele-psych (long-term psychiatric management)
- Monitor and support staff compliance (TB testing, education requirements)
- Assist with policy development and process improvement
We're seeking someone who is not only clinically strong—but also a leader, coach, and culture-builder.
- Active Missouri LPN or RN license (REQUIRED)
- CPR Instructor certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous leadership or training experience in healthcare preferred
- Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and support staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to lead change and promote high-quality resident care
