We are seeking a senior manufacturing leader to oversee all aspects of plant operations within a growth-oriented production environment. This role is accountable for delivering strong results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team development while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

The ideal candidate will combine operational rigor with strategic perspective, bringing the ability to drive performance improvements while building a high-performing, engaged workforce.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide overall leadership for plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production performance.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable operational plans and measurable performance outcomes.
  • Drive accountability across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory metrics.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost management efforts to support strong financial performance.
  • Strengthen production planning, materials flow, and capacity alignment to meet customer demand.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement using lean and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
  • Establish and sustain KPI management routines that increase visibility and operational discipline.
  • Identify and implement initiatives that improve productivity, asset utilization, and throughput.
  • Sponsor capital investment and process improvement projects that enhance long-term capability.
  • Build and develop a strong leadership team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and collaboration across cross‑functional partners.
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in a senior plant or operations leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success driving operational performance improvements and cultural transformation.
  • Direct responsibility for plant-level financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Experience leading lean initiatives and data‑driven continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred
  • Experience in high-volume or high‑mix manufacturing environments.
  • Background leading capital projects, automation efforts, or modernization initiatives.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related discipline.
Additional Information

This is an on‑site leadership role within a manufacturing setting. Occasional travel may be required. Flexibility during peak production periods or critical operational events is expected.
