Production Assistant

We are looking for a
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT to join our Hannibal, MO plant. As a Production Assistant with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will be responsible for upholding all safety, environmental, and workplace standards while supporting safe, compliant, and sustainable plant operations.

• Inspect and operate mobile equipment; perform general labor using basic hand tools.
• Monitor, adjust, and support plant equipment and processes.
• Maintain accurate logs, communicate operational issues, and support environmental compliance.
• Respond to alarms, equipment issues, and emergencies.

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1–year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
• Good organizational and math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
