Beloved Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time LPN for Monday–Thursday night shift—perfect for nurses who want consistency, a strong team, and more time off.

• 4 nights per week (Mon–Th) – enjoy 3-day weekends every week
• Consistent schedule – no rotating shifts
• Supportive leadership and team environment

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and overnight needs
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and HIPAA standards

• Active Missouri LPN license (required)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion for and commitment to caring for seniors

Experience in long‑term care or rehab is a plus, but not required.
