Full-Time Night Shift LPN (Mon–Thu) | Beloved Health & Rehab – Hannibal, MO
Looking for a schedule that gives you long weekends every week? Beloved Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time LPN for Monday–Thursday night shift—perfect for nurses who want consistency, a strong team, and more time off.

Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and overnight needs
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and HIPAA standards
- As an LPN on our night shift team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for
- Active Missouri LPN license (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion for and commitment to caring for seniors
Experience in long-term care or rehab is a plus, but not required.
