Travel Nursing RN – Med Surg / Telemetry position at Fusion Medical Staffing in Hannibal, Missouri. 13-week assignment starting 27 July 2026, 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.

Job

• One year recent Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience.
• Valid RN license, in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

• NIHSS certification.
• ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• Other certifications and licenses as required.

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients/families.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments; document and report changes.
• Prepare patients for diagnostics, assist physicians, monitor responses.
• Maintain safe, comfortable environment for recovery.
• Document patient data (vital signs, meds, treatments, outcomes).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Prioritize care for multiple patients according to acuity and need.
• Enforce infection control practices, hand hygiene, PPE.
• Advocate for patient needs; integrate into care plan.
• Facilitate discharge planning and coordination.
• Perform additional duties as assigned within scope of practice.
• Adhere to hospital safety protocols and regulatory standards.

• Critical thinking, service excellence, interpersonal communication.
• Read/write/understand English language; follow written/verbal instructions.
• Basic PC skills.
