• Administer and manage medications.

• Active RN or LPN license
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• A compassionate heart, dependable character, and self‑motivated spirit
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Active LPN or RN license (state required)
• Dependable, compassionate, and self‑motivated
• Comfortable working independently in a home setting
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Experience providing one‑on‑one pediatric nursing care in home settings is a plus.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor changes in patient condition is a plus.
• Experience partnering with families and care teams is a plus.
