CDL A OTR Drivers Run 21 & Off

Job Overview

Class A drivers run a 100% no‑touch account that pays $90‑112K per year. The best part is the home time: drivers run 21 days and are home 9 (7 days at home and 2 days traveling).

• Drivers are paid $.65‑$.70 CPM (based on experience and hazmat qualification).
• Drivers will run the Midwest, Mid‑Atlantic, some of the Southeast and the Northeast. There are no deliveries in New York State, including NYC. 65% of the freight runs at night, so drivers must be able to run at night.
• All trucks are Freightliners, KW or International, averaging 18 months old. They come with a fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV and XM radio.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and include bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(K) and more.
• Trucks are not slip‑seated; preventative maintenance is performed while drivers are  company flies drivers home and back to the terminal. Trucks are parked in Charlotte, NC;
  Columbus, OH; or Mansfield, PA.

Our turnover rate is one of the lowest in the entire industry.

• Minimum 8 months OTR or Regional experience in the last three years, with at least two months running in winter conditions (December, January or February). Drivers with one year of Class A experience who have driven local in the upper Midwest or Northeast major cities during winter months also qualify.
• No more than three moving violations in the last three years, with no more than two in the last twelve months, and none serious.
• No DOT preventable accidents or parking‑lot incidents in the last three years.
• No more than four driving jobs in the last twelve months, not terminated from any driving job in the last twelve months, and no more than two terminations in the last three years.
