  • Receives and monitors inbound orders from customers
  • Accurately keys customer orders into Sage and ensuring all details are correct and match the customer’s PO in accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer orders
  • Initiates and coordinates requests for new part number set up (as applies)
  • Initiates and coordinates pricing requests (as applies)
  • Handles updates to the order per the customer request (quantity change, date change, ship to, etc)
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Provide a high level of service to our customers
  • Additional duties as assigned


Job Description

Main Tasks

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience relating to customer service
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Intermediate level knowledge MS Office Products to include Excel, Word and Outlook; experience using Sage x3 or SAP, SAP4

    Hana and EDI are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, including speaking, writing, active listening
  • Must be able to read, understand, and comply with written and verbal instructions
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Work Environment
