Now, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer with technical design experience to join our team.

This isn’t just a “sit behind a screen and make things pretty” role. We’re looking for someone who understands how creative ideas translate into real-world structures - someone comfortable working with architectural-style layouts, custom-built branded environments, and technical drawings that guide fabrication and installation. If you’ve worked in Architecture & Design (A&D), environmental branding, interior visualization, or similar industries, you’ll feel right at home here.

At ER2, your work doesn’t live in a folder - it lives on walls, buildings, vehicles, and immersive spaces people experience every day.

• Create compelling, production-ready graphics and design layouts
• Develop technical drawings and visual concepts for custom-built branded environments
• Manage projects from initial concept through final production
  
  Collaborate closely with Account Executives, production teams, and clients
• Meet with clients to interpret creative direction and project goals
• Prepare and submit layouts for review and approval
• Ensure all designs align with fabrication methods and production equipment

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience with technical drawings, CAD, Illustrator precision layouts, or 3D design
• Understanding of how design translates to large-format production and installation
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
