Job Details
Job Title: Engineer in Manufacturing with Programming Skills
Location: Hanover Park, IL – ONSITE
Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Any
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year
Hours: Flexible
Responsibilities- Manufacturing Engineer: 4/5 axis machining process from beginning to end starting with work holding selection/design.
- CAM programming and simulation.
- Work with QC department on inspection process.
- Support shop floor personnel during part launch.
- Highly proficient using Mastercam for simultaneous 5‑axis milling.
- Extensive experience designing complex work holding for challenging parts.
- Highly knowledgeable on modern cutting tool and tool‑holding systems.
- Strong capability with blueprint reading GD&T.
- Hard‑metal experience.
- Strong math skills required.
- Vericut experience a plus.
- Solid Works experience a plus (other equivalent CAD software ok).
- Mill/Turn experience a plus.
- A proven track record demonstrating the above skills is very strongly desired.
