Responsibilities
The Technical Engineer – Mechanical is responsible for designing mechanical systems using company’s standard equipment, creating 2D/3D mechanical drawings, supporting equipment installation and start-up, and providing technical support to customers and the sales team.
This position also analyzes customer machinery, performs troubleshooting, and recommends engineering solutions to improve system performance.
Design mechanical systems using AutoCAD and other engineering tools.
Create 2D/3D mechanical drawings for automation systems.
Analyze customer machinery and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Support equipment installation, commissioning, start-up, and testing.
Coordinate engineering projects, schedules, and technical activities.
Provide technical support to customers, field service engineers, and the sales team.
Recommend customized engineering solutions based on customer requirements.
Perform mechanical calculations and equipment sizing.
Work with contractors during installation projects.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and engineering procedures.
Working HoursMonday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexible working hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) are available after successful completion of the probationary period.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of related engineering experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD and engineering-related software.
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Japanese bilingual is preferred.
- Strong self-initiative with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%.
